- CHIEF ECONOMIST (Ref: ACS 001): 10-20 years cumulative working experience / minimum of a masters degree in Economics or a related discipline / experience in a key research function / Good grasp of macroeconomic trends and business model, experience advising companies (especially banking institutions0 on how to respond to market place opportunities in developed and emerging markets, including research into the economic performance of fast developing countries (Like China, India, Indonesia, brazil, South Korea etc) and the ability to align economic analysis to policy development / Good knowledge of International and African economies and the interplay of economic variables / management expertise / excellent communication and liaison skills and a demonstrated ability to work with other business units.

- HEAD, PROJECT FINANCE (Ref: ACS 002): 10-15 years experience in Project finance acquired from a major financial organization / Minimum of a masters Degree or an MBA from a leading university / Local and International experience in project finance deal initiation, structuring and closure ability to plan and oversee projects, manage client relationships, build and maintain an efficient business unit / excellent oral and written community / networking and facilitation skills with a demonstrated ability to work with other business units.

- HEAD, EQUITY & DEBT CAPITAL MARKETS (Ref: ACS 003): 10-15 years experience in equity and debt management acquired from a major financial organization / Minimum of a Masters degree or an MBA from a leading university / experience in debt and equity issues / excellent knowledge of an close relationships with the SEC, NSE, BPE, and other capital market authorities / ability to manage client relationships and build and maintain an efficient business unit / excellent communication and liaison skills and ability to work with other business units.
